End this distraction
in the nursing environments I worked in (a CNA in college to pay bills, not my vocation), I actually appreciated men's upper body strength and higher center of gravity for moving patients.
They could do it easily without as much jostling, and it you had a compassionate male nurse, they were fun to work with and good with the patients.
I'd say they usually washed out quickly when the environment wasn't for them. Female nurses who don't like the work often became lifers with a complete lack of empathy. This is why I did not follow that vocation through.
It won't happen because gun confiscation has a crazy job hazard of getting shot in the face
