It discusses the continuation of their plan: the Indian or delta variant will be used to impose the lockdowns, large events such as the Euro tournament, etc will be used as "superspreader" events to further push lockdown–now we know why Jason Kenney is allowing the Calgary Stampede to go ahead this year.
