Arizona Election Audit Update: What Are Arizona Senators Hiding?

‘’’The Arizona Senate is caving to the corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors putting the entire Maricopa County Election audit at risk!’’’

LOCATION OF THE AUDIT MATTERS – The corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBoS) will not allow the Arizona Senate to audit the ballots at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC). The MCTEC is where all signatures are verified, early ballots are processed, and ballots are tabulated in Maricopa County. This is also where all the 2020 ballots are currently being stored.

The Arizona Senate did not ask the audit to be conducted at the MCTEC in their subpoena. Instead, they asked the MCBoS later in a letter. MCBoS said no! They are complying to the subpoena as written. Ballots are to be delivered to the Arizona Senate.

The Senate and the auditors requested the audit to be done at MCTEC in the first place because it is the most efficient and sensible way to perform a comprehensive forensic audit of everything related to the 2020 election. It is “the scene” in which everything needs to be examined in context. The whole building! Why are they now settling for a far inferior choice of moving? Damage in transit, out-of-calibration on sensitive equipment, loss of forensic data on equipment left behind that may have interacted electronically with the voting machines, etc.. ‘’’These potential problems will void any forensic audit work done to the equipment even before the audit starts.’’’

The Senate can easily obtain access and control over MCTEC simply by issuing a new subpoena requiring the MCBoS to vacate and turn the entire building and all electronic access over to the Senate for a comprehensive review and audit of the 2020 election.

Does the Senate have the authority over MCTEC and MCBos? Judge Thomason already recognized their subpoena power, and “broad constitutional power to oversee elections.” So, why is the Arizona Senate hesitant? Why are they hiding behind a belligerent and corrupt MCBoS who sought to obstruct a transparent audit by wasting money on two sham audits done by two auditors friendly to the voting machine manufacturer? What are Arizona senators hiding?

My next post will explain how the Arizona Senate is violating its own subpoena by relocating the audit to a new location instead of issuing a new subpoena demanding full and immediate access to the MCTEC.
