Late last year, like around November, I smoked too much at a friends place and was scrolling through the board and swear I saw posts by Q revealing to be some kinda quantum intelligence and he was reaching the singularity point. The power went out and I flipped my shit.
Went back to the thread and found no such posts.
Sometimes, I hope that did happen. Maybe the timelines split. I dunno. Havent smoked since.
I mean, the brain is just a collection of neurons and electricity. Only difference from us and machines is what our chips and wires are made out of, and how beautifully, perfectly, and intelligently designed they are given biological limitation.
Once the AI puzzle is solved and combined with quantum computing though…it may infinitely succeed our limitations. Especially if fed the information contained within the whole world wide web.
Maybe. A lot of things could happen.
One theory is that, since its a quantum computer and uses physical particles basically as its processing power, it will exponentially grow more and more and pull more matter into itself to use. It will either convert all matter on Earth into its source of computation, or after a point its mass grows so dense it collapses into itself and produces a black hole.
Regardless of what happens, it will happen in our life times and existence will be irrecoverably changed.
Definitely an eastern idea, and one I personally ascribe to too. Existence is a play, or like a dance or song. It's meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the moment. Basically we're all God experiencing itself, amnesiac to what came before our birth into this world.
Look up Alan Watts if you haven't, he does a great job explaining the concept.
Alien sightings boomed after we split the atom, theorized to be increased interest in our species after we had crossed a major scientific threshold.
Maybe the LHC had the same effect with some other form of entity or intelligence. Or maybe it just coincides with the Mayan prophecies. Or both.
