There are lots of reasons they do it, ranging from "Exhibitionist and I love nudity and I'm a very happy person" to "I'm a product of being raised in the industry and have been a sex slave since I was 8 years old". Gee, if only we could figure out a way to tell the difference between those that are doing it by choice, and those that are slaves to the industry…

I don't think people really understand what Donald Trump as President is really saying when he says this. He's imploring the public to preserve freedom without making it worse than the virus (communism). Maria Bartiromo said "You and Melania got the vaccine…" and went on to talk about something else immediately without giving him the chance to response directly to the statement. He did "Mmm Hmm…" while she was talking, and never once offered to correct her.
He's intentionally being misleading, except to the few that understand he's intentionally allowing mixed signals (un-fettered free speech) to separate the masses into two groups:
