Because like all of us, when we are being cuffed and arrested, we naturally decide to escape and flee from the police, get back inside our car and try to drive away.

Typical behavior by any one of us, I do this every weekend and NEVER get shot trying to escape the police.

You would think by now, that if you're a black guy, who is in the process of getting cuffed, that black guys by now would make good decisions about not trying to escape from the police.

Getting arrested means you already made some bad decisions, and even worse things usually happen when you make bad decisions on top of bad decisions.
