i can make some sense of it, but there's a LOT of data hiding in there. i will go back through the crumbs and try to find all values which might correspond to real entries. life/work/stuff is burning my candles at all ends, so it's slow going.
as long as a board is properly synchronized with time.gov / NIST (no drifting!) this will always be repeatable.
