Respectfully disagree with Emerald.

 

Roberts is a weak compromised person who follows the crowd rather than the LAW. He does not follow the courage of his convictions (assuming he had some years ago). He just does whatever will lead to the least amount of public criticism.

 

It is sad to see the Supreme Court functioning like a popularity contest, rather than independently considering the gravity of the law/constitution.
