Anon's starting to peek behind the curtain. Recruitment starts online, in person, and with those you trust most. Young gals are exploited, and often pursue these things. Look up "Hannah Hays" for a heartbreaking example. Poor gal was likely in a shitty home scenario (no dad in the picture), and met up with the wrong people. Often, the "audition" videos are posted to sites like PH as unverified amateur porn (now other sites are used instead of PH), and people watching amateur porn may not even realize they are watching 17 year olds and younger.

 

Right under everyone's noses.
