>They both got their vaccines recently.
I live around people in their 80's who just went and got the two shots as soon as the vaccines became available. That was months ago, now. Issues? None.
Same as you saying are around elderly persons who got the vaccines. You're thinking of the getting the vaccine, so must mean they, even with health issues, didn't have a problem
Peeps in general seeing people go about their business after the shots aren't going to take any stock in anti-vax speculation/conjecture.
You know the rhetoric thrown around, In a few tears, they'll say, or after the first full moon in the fall, or when the gematria of the injection date, in reverse, comes around, etc., etc. It'll be passed off as crazed bullshit. There must have been the same types on the landing craft at Ohama Beach warning the GI next to him, who was smoking, that it was bad fro health.
Nobody really fucking knows. All you can do is observe those around you who have gotten the shot, judge the risks, determine the necessity of a shot wrt to lifestyle, e.g., do you travel, care for persons at risk (as you say you are, etc., and judge according to your needs.
