the AT&T building pictured is the city's biggest communications hub. Anon has some insider knowledge about that building and a few others in the area if it is necessary.
Skimming through yesterday's research to get caught up so I can puzzle what happened. But the board of Education building is a key piece of this. I didn't know it had been vacant.
My local research has landed near here a few times but I discounted it because, you know, "those you trust the most". I'm sick to my stomach, though, because it lines up.
