A dozen C130J's flying in a line w/o callsigns. Not an everyday sight.
Appear to have taken off from Little Rock, AR heading south, then SW around Baton Rouge, LA.
Eyes on.

Guess they all decided to stop squawking at the same time. All the ones in the conga line switched off of their transponders, leaving a few C130s that were not a part of the formation flying around the area squawking normally.
Very interdasting.
Vichy occupation SecDef. Hopefully with as little real authority as he has legitimate authority.
Def an interdasting set of circumstances. PROPS31 and PROPS62 were loitering in the general area and when the main package came in they converged on the formation right before the operational a/c all dropped off squawk. Then the rest of the observation/command a/c starting dropping off one by one, leaving PROPS31 to go and land at Lake Charles, LA.
At first I thought it might just be jump practice, but there are better places for that in the NC, GA, TX area…all about the same dist from AR. This is something else. But what?
