Is this person used to speaking in public or is it new to them? Stage fright and fear of speaking in public are a real thing and it will cause somebody to pass out. Not saying that is what happened here, but it actually does happen.
If the first 2 shots do not kill you, just keep getting a new one every 6 months until it is "effective" and does kill you.
