Is CM Putting The Cart Before The Horse Re: AZ Election Audit??

Arizonan’s are concerned about the upcoming 2020 Election Forensic Audit, but are being ignored by our elected officials. With all due respect, it seems Code Monkey is getting so excited about the outcome (even predicting how the dominoes may fall) maybe he should do a little digging into our research (because we thought that’s what he did) to see if our concerns are valid before he gets too excited about this potentially amazing outcome. If there’s anything we’ve learned here, it’s to question everything, don’t trust what anyone says as gospel, and do your own research. All of which we have done.

The Arizona Senate, as confirmed by Judge Thomason’s ruling, has full power over the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on all election matters. However, The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBoS), which is a subordinate of the AZ Senate, has resisted every effort to perform a forensic audit on ballots and equipment to date.

Of greater concern is the fact that the AZ Senate has failed to require their subordinates to give physical access to the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) for a full forensic audit. In this context, MCTEC could be the “crime scene” for the alleged fraud of the 2020 election. Any investigation must begin at the scene and access must be completely turned over to the investigators/auditors.

The AZ Senate had failed to exercise its constitutional authority as affirmed by Judge Thomason, thus failed to discharge its obligation to the residents of the State of Arizona in the matters of ensuring fair elections. Therefore, the following questions need to be asked:

  1. Why did the AZ Senate fail to require that the audit be conducted at MCTEC, which is where all 2020 Maricopa County General Election votes were processed, and currently stored?

  2. By moving the audit to a different location, are they violating Item #13 in their own subpoena? “ 12/15/2020 Senate Judiciary Subpoena (13) Access or control of ALL routers, tabulators or combinations thereof (some routers are inside the tabulator case) in order to garner the system logs. At the same time, the public IP of the router should be obtained.”

  3. What evidence would be destroyed in the move?

  4. What evidence will be left behind and be excluded from the audit?

  5. Will moving disturb and invalidate certification of sensitive equipment, invalidating the audit?

  6. What is the AZ Senate doing to secure all “Irregular Ballots” statewide, not just in Maricopa County? And, does it require a court order?

  7. How much credibility will the results of the audit have if the above questions are not properly answered and addressed before anything is moved out of the MCTEC?

We’re curious to see if CM comes to the same conclusions we have, and will be watching his Telegram carefully.
