download the pic w/3D barcode to your desktop. (one on the right)
open it with image viewer software, 3D Paint on windows worked for me. zoom in on the barcode, ramp up brightness on your monitor or laptop.
download a 3D barcode reader on your phone, I used "QR & Barcode Reader" by GAMMAPLAY on Android.
open app on your phone and point it at the barcode on your screen. I had to rotate my phone a few times and try different angles, eventually it picks up a long string of digits.
copy the long string of digits and paste it in Google
the 1st or 2nd result is bread #17007.
