Answer to GP Question: Here’s How Elias Is Trying To Sabotage the Maricopa County Election Audit
It’s about time the Gateway Pundit is finally asking What Mark Elias and the corrupt Maricopa County Boards of Supervisors (MCBoS) are hiding from the voters of Maricopa County. Maybe they should have done a little research on this board to get their answers because, after all, we are the news now.
I thought we knew their playbook? For those not up to speed, here’s the short answer.
Mark Elias, and his high price lawyers, are working with the MCBoS to trick the AZ Senate into moving the audit out of the MCTEC so the audit cannot see how the machines interacted with the network in the MCTEC; which gives them cause to challenge the results after they come back. Then, they continue to stall long enough to make sure all irregular ballots get destroyed so no other county has the chance to audit their results. It’s not rocket science.
Here’s a slightly longer explanation, plus I’ve included recent posts on this board trying to draw attention to what is really going on with the Arizona audit.
1) The MCBoS denied the AZ State Senate access to the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC), supposedly “forcing” the AZ Senate to conduct the audit in a different location. Keep in mind, the MCTEC is where all the ballots were counted, signatures verified, and are currently being stored. It is also where the Dominion machines were used and being stored. So how do you do a forensic audit if if you’ve moved the machines out of the building into another building? Don’t you need the entire “network”, like what the Senate put in the subpoena? Ironically, the Senate could easily fix this by issuing another subpoena requiring the MCBoS to vacate the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) immediately to secure the evidence. Then, if they don’t comply, go back to the judge and ask they be held in contempt of court. The law is on their side. So why haven’t they done this?
2) They are also trying to stall the process because the Arizona Senate has failed to issue an injection against the destruction of all irregular ballots for all fifteen counties, per ARS 16-642 (B), which may take place as early as May 2, 2021.
Maybe the Gateway Pundit should have asked what the Arizona Senate is hiding?
