It’s creepy you would say that. Literally today a friend of mine, who is not racissss or judgey in anyway that anon has ever felt, made a comment that she noticed a lot of black men in her generally not-very-black neighborhood. She said it just was noticeably different in the grocery store and at all of her local, daily errands over the last few days. It was a weird comment from her. She wasn’t bothered by the change…just noticed it. Maybe we are turning a corner on all this nasty race and division stuff.
Being flown in? Anon missed a few breads this evening, but didn’t think missed much. What do you mean?
Not at all. Acknowledging races, which are a thing, have VERY OBVIOUS differences does NOT equate having negative options about such/others. And the question posed was not “have you noticed any other persons in your town.”
Me, rek’t? Nah bro.
You? CHECK’T.
But you are right to acknowledge “WE” have not turned a corner, though. Disgraceful.
Noice, fren!
