God has revealed himself to in 3 personifications - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. As to your first point – God has saved people from messes. Have you read the Old Testament? It is full of examples. Have you read the New Testament. It also is full of examples.

That said, I believe in the rapture of the church as described by Jesus and I believe it can happen at any moment. Being taken up by Jesus as his bride for a 7 year wedding party while the Tribulation is underway on earth is something to hope for much more than Trump turning things around for us. Not saying he won't - but my greatest desire is for the rapture.

You are deceived. According to bible, the end times will be marked by widespread deception, counterfeit miracles, and the appearance of false prophets. "For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen ones." Matthew 24:24

What stands out concerning these false prophets and false messiahs is that their great signs and wonders will be so amazing they will be capable of deceiving God's chosen ones (if such were possible). These aren't everyday signs and wonders. They must truly be astounding to have such an affect.

These signs and wonders will deceive people who believe they are supernatural acts of God. Instead, they will be of satanic origin. Paul revealed the reason for this deception in his letter to Timothy:

"For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths." 2 Timothy 4:3-4 (NLT)

I can argue this but I'm not going to here. (It's a minor disagreement and not salvation related.) However, I have studied it in great depth in my search for truth. If you would like me to point you to a very indepth study of this (amost 30 hours long, if I remember correctly) - I will be happy to. To understand it is to have AMAZING peace as we look at all that is taking place.

Be blessed.

Jesus did come to earth and died on the cross to save the world. John 3:17 - For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

God gave man a free will however, and man can reject the God's gift of salvation.

When Jesus returns in the air, it will be to take his bride to the wedding feast. When Jesus returns with his bride 7 years later, he will rule over the earth and the tribulation saints for 1000 years.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

ALL things (not just SOME things). Even death.

2nd Cor 5:6-8 6 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.

God never makes a person sin. But we were all born sinners (you can thank Adam and Eve for that) who need a savior. God, in his grace, provided that savior to us. You can choose to accept that gift or reject it. The choice is yours.
