Professors Argue That LGBTQ Sex Ed Should Be Taught in Elementary School Before ‘Cisnormative Values’ Become ‘More Deeply Ingrained’

Two professors at Montclair State University in New Jersey are arguing that LGBTQ sex education should be taught to kids in elementary school before “cisnormative values” become “more deeply ingrained.”

The professors, Eva Goldfarb and Lisa Lieberman, believe that “substantial evidence supports sex education beginning in elementary school, that is scaffolded and of longer duration, as well as LGBTQ-inclusive education across the school curriculum and a social justice approach to healthy sexuality.”

According to a report from Campus Reform, the researchers examined several studies that involved preschool classrooms. According to the researchers, one indicates that “young children are, in fact, quite capable of understanding and discussing issues related to gender diversity, including gender expectations, gender nonconformity, and gender-based oppression.”

They claimed that “4-year-olds expressed an inclusive understanding of marriage and a social justice stance on LGBTQ rights.”

Their study asserted that there is “substantial evidence that sexuality education is most effective when begun early and before sexual activity begins.”

“This review suggests that not only are younger children able to discuss sexuality-related issues but that the early grades may, in fact, be the best time to introduce topics related to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, gender equality, and social justice related to the LGBTQ community before hetero- and cisnormative values and assumptions become more deeply ingrained and less mutable,” the study concluded.

Google Found Guilty Of Misleading Australian Customers On Data Collection

The Australian Federal Court has found Google guilty of misleading customers about personal location data collection on android mobile devices in a world-first enforcement action by the country’s consumer watchdog.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has been pursuing legal action against Google’s “misleading conduct” since Oct. 2019.

“This is an important victory for consumers, especially anyone concerned about their privacy online, as the Court’s decision sends a strong message to Google and others that big businesses must not mislead their customers,” ACCC Chairman Rod Sims said.

“Today’s decision is an important step to make sure digital platforms are upfront with consumers about what is happening with their data and what they can do to protect it,” Sims said.

The ACCC claimed Google breached Australian consumer law from at least Jan. 2017 when it gave users the false impression of opting out of location data collection when the ‘location history’ setting was turned off.

Google, the court found, did not properly disclose to customers that both the ‘location history’ and ‘web & app activity’ settings had to be switched off if customers did not want their personal data collected, kept, and used by the tech giant.

Russia to expel 10 American diplomats and considering ‘painful’ measures aimed at US businesses – Lavrov

Ten US diplomats will have to leave Russia in response to Washington’s expelling of Russian diplomats, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said, adding that Moscow is looking at other sanction options if unfriendly steps continue.

Lavrov announced the news at a press conference on Friday, adding that Moscow would ban US funds and NGOs from interfering in Russia’s internal affairs. Lavrov added that, with the US currently employing 450 diplomatic staff in Russia, and Russia employing 350 in the US, “the Americans will be asked to bring the number of employees in Russia in line with the number of Russians in the United States,” should relations between the two countries sour further.

Lavrov also said that Russia had the opportunity to inflict “painful measures” on US businesses, but would not take action at this time.

A day before Lavrov’s announcement, US President Joe Biden signed a decree sanctioning more than 30 Russian individuals and organizations for allegedly interfering in the 2020 presidential election and for supposed involvement in last year’s SolarWinds cyber-espionage case. Russia vehemently denies both allegations.

Biden also ordered 10 Russian diplomats to leave the US, and banned American companies from directly buying shares in Russia’s national debt.

Russia’s retaliation was expected. Earlier on Friday, President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, told reporters that Russia would respond with “reciprocity,” but dismissed the impact of the sanctions. Russia’s economic stability, he said, is “fully ensured.”

Prior to the tit-for-tat exchange, the Biden administration touted a potential meeting between Biden and Putin in Europe this summer. While the sanctions and expulsions have apparently wiped that summit from the calendar, Biden held a press conference on Thursday evening, in which he called for “dialogue and diplomatic process” with Russia, and defended his sanctions order as “proportionate.”

Shortly before Biden announced his sanctions, Peskov told reporters that any proposed summit wouldn’t be possible, at least in the short term. Biden was still optimistic on Thursday evening, however, saying that his administration was still working to meet Putin “this summer in Europe.”

Big Tech’s Google Is Targeting Arizona Maricopa County Audit – Not Allowing Requests for Volunteers Shared On Their Sites

Censorship is not freedom of speech. It is the opposite.

This is something that never was fixed when the Republicans held the Presidency, the House, and the Senate. Wonder why? Big Tech has been targeting and censoring conservatives for years. These actions, which many believe are criminal and corrupt, hurt conservatives and prevent their messages from getting out in the public square. This is certainly not free speech. This is the prevention of free speech. You would think there would be wording in the US Constitution that would make this unlawful?

Now we see Big Tech’s Google censoring requests for Maricopa County audit observers and volunteers. After the requests were switched to wufoo, they were then also suppressed and censored.

The Senate in Arizona just wants to determine that the results of the 2020 Presidential Election in Maricopa County were valid. What is wrong with this? This is legal and it is a response to the millions of people who demand that this occur. No one wants a stolen election. If there are discrepancies between what was counted and what is valid then let’s fix the control weaknesses.

A self-professed Marxist, Cullors has reportedly purchased four homes worth more than $3 million and has looked at real estate investments in places like the Bahamas. As with the censoring of a New York Post article on the Hunter Biden laptop story, Twitter was criticized for the censoring of the story and later said it was a mistake. Now, Facebook has reportedly blocked the underlying New York Post report about the controversy. In the meantime, BLM itself insists that the controversy is little more than terrorism from white supremacists.

Google goes dark? US users report massive outages of search giant

Search engine Google has been reported down by thousands of users, particularly those in New York, with its search, mail, docs and drive apps all apparently suffering outages.

The outages were reported on DownDetector, a site that tracks the availability of web services based on user reports. As of Thursday afternoon, more than 2,300 users reported problems with a range of Google services, from Gmail and Google Docs, to the firm’s ubiquitous search engine.

University of Cincinnati student dead a day after getting J&J vaccine

A University of Cincinnati student died one day after receiving the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, according to health officials.

John Foley, 21, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday — a day after he was administered the one-dose jab, Hamilton County Coroner Lakshmi Kode Sammarco told Fox 19.

The cause of Foley’s death is under investigation by the Ohio Department of Health and the coroner’s office.

Foley was found Sunday by his roommates. There is no evidence that his death is related to the Johnson & Johnson shot — which was paused in the US this week over ties to blood clots.

Foley’s family released a statement calling him “this wonderful and sweet joy of our lives.”

“While the facts remain unclear on how he died, we are rejoicing in how he lived: caring for others, lit with God’s grace, and generous to all,” the statement said.

Minneapolis BLM Icon Arrested For Failing To Register As Child Sex Offender

Chaz Neal was arrested earlier this month in Hennepin County, Minnesota

Chaz Neal, a prominent BLM activist in Minnesota who has been promoted by the media, was arrested earlier this month after failing to register as a child sex offender.

First broken by Red Voice Media, we now know that Neal, a prominent Black Lives Matter activist, 44, was arrested on April 9 in Hennepin County over a complaint issued in 2018 stating that he had failed to register as a sex offender when making his apartment in Preston his primary address. The warrant executed earlier this month was granted by a Fillmore County judge, where he is currently in custody. Neal has been convicted three times for failing to register as a sex offender.

According to court records, Neal was convicted in 1998 of one count of “Criminal Sexual Conduct In The Third Degree.” To be found guilty of such a charge, the person accused must have “engaged in sexual penetration,” when one of the listed circumstances, such as when “the complainant is at least 13 but less than 16 years of age and the actor is more than 24 months older than the complainant,” or “the actor uses force or coercion to complete the penetration,” and a number of other offenses.

On his Facebook page, “Chaz Neal for Human Rights Commission,” he admits he is a “registered sex offender,” but claims not to be a “child molestor [sic] or a pedophile.” It is true that the charge he was convicted of includes other sexual offenses, however, given that along with prison time, Neal was also ordered not to have any contact with children under 18, or possess or use pornography, it seems rather unlikely that he was convicted under any of the other offenses under the crime, such as claiming that “the penetration is for a bona fide medical purpose.”
