Sadly God loves all his children. I think this is due to the short time physical and long term spiritual. God even called David the apple of his eye. David literally killed a man to get his wife. Not equivalent to pedos but God has a different love than we experience. I grappled a long time with why God allows certain shit to happen, and why some so young have to experience nothing but hell on earth till the die (trafficked minors). I also know the bible was written by a man. It was then translated by men. Definitely a struggle to have even the faith if a mustard seed for me.
