This keeps popping up and it keeps bothering me because 1) there are patterns in the pallets that don't seem arbitrary, and 2) when it comes up it consistently gets shilled.

The 5 pallets outlined in red are oriented so each slit is an "i". Each of those pallets is "i" so there are 5 eyes. The pallet colors represent the flag colors shared by the five eyes.
The other 2 pallets are oriented with the "i" fallen down.
The five pallets look like a stick figure with arms extended as if carrying firewood.
The 2 pallets are completely in the grasp of bthat figure - carried, supported, propped up.
The 45 gun is taking a shot across the bow; BOOM.
POTUS 45 is dismantling this arrangement, freeing the 2 hostages.
