Ethereum is centralized as fuck...
No wonder they are investing in it.
Ether has some upgrades coming that really are interesting...but they sacrifice part of the decentralized system of mutually competitive incentives which maintain the security and decentralization of the network. Moreover, the are moving to a proof of stake system which rewards the rich for having larger stake in the system. Interesting technical application, but to use in reality and in democracies...well, bring on the digital feudalism then.
