Fake news to make people feel like they can’t fight. The language is vague in the tex immunization policy code doesn’t say they can’t if not FDA approved but also didn’t say they can. I’m wouldn’t be surprised if Methodist didn’t plant this.

 

25 Tex. Admin. Code §1.702, which requires each health care facility to develop, implement, and enforce a policy and procedures to protect its patients from vaccine preventable diseases.

 

Also states risk of patient to exposure by employee must be taken into acct. why do work from home employees need to take vaccine?

I would be surprised if Methodist didn’t plant this, I mean. The article at the end makes it seem like they can compel you to take an unapproved vaccine.
