The human range is .2 to .4 mg/kg, so the horse dose is a little low .187. Just double it .374 and you'll be in the upper end of the human range which is also where it looks like the studies are homing in. I had been using it for years and upped the dose and had a herxheimer reaction from a die off, so i was underdosing at the horse level. Had Bells Palsy for years and now that's clearing up. Saw where Ivermectin at the higher doses is effective against Lyme and it's correlated to Bells. Who knew?
Yes, when I increased to the recommended level for humans, I had a herx from a die off. I knew it was a herx as I've had them before and I had already taken a third dose, and was already feeling better, so if was a tox I would've been much worse after taking even more…steadily improving. Biggest surprise and blessing is with the Bells. It makes it where you don't want to go out because…well. Now that's clearing up and I'm very, very pleased.

Divide weight in pounds by 2.2 for kgs.
Horse paste is 1.87%… or .187 mg/kg or 18.7 mg for 100 kg.
See how this works. There's a VERY wide safety window with ivermectin, so simply double the horse dose on the plunger and you'll be in the upper end of the human range with a 10x safety margin…actually more bc there were no side fx at that level. Keep it simple.
The whole tube is good for 1,350 lbs of horse…or 675 lbs of humans 180/675 = 27% So, about a quarter tube. It's not fentanyl…close is fine.
