I spent a long time refusing to understand some things over the years. This weekend I made my way back home, spiritually and mentally, after kicking addiction. Coincidentally, the Schumann was off the charts. Could be something, could be nothing.

Alcohol, Porn, and Fap, here. When you realize warped thinking creates a rationalization scheme in your mind to shield you from the full truth, it hits you like a ton of bricks. The shame is a constant pinging reminder of time lost doing better work for humanity. The hardest part is setting the shame aside to move forward, but it's part of the challenge of recovery from addiction, and re-dedication of your life. It's reassuring to know we all have our challenges.

This is heartbreaking… I’m sorry but you can’t keep saying there is no link. You just can’t.
If a wretch like myself can see it, anyone can. I mean that in the humblest terms possible. The incredible patience and fortitude of the people that made this happen is beyond measure.
