A KEY color revolution kick-off tactic is to have the state shoot and kill protesters. Look at the Ukraine Maidan Massacre. I believe this BLM "leader" is asking his people to go get shot "for justice".
You've heard of "death by police", this is "revolution by police". In Maidan (they) went so far as to have other protestors acting as snipers to shoot and kill protestors from rooftops, posing as law enforcement or military.
(They) wanted to try this in DC at the riots outside of the White House last fall… you remember the pictures of the counter-sniper team walking all around in the crowd with the .50 sniper rifle on full display (unusual), getting his picture taken and posted all over the internet… It's my opinion this was a warning to the BLM sniper team(s) and intimidated them into ABORTING their planned operation to incite color revolution that day…. Also remember that the National Guard was unarmed… if you expected a BLM sniper team, would you make sure that the troops were visibly UNARMED that day, so (they) would have a very hard time spinning the lie that the state murdered unarmed protesters.
