It's a town just south of Denver, so hardly "comms ish."
It's an odd little town. Bunch of retail just off the highway (25) and not much else but homes for
people that work either down in CO Springs or up in Denver. Expensive as fuck to own there, and
Douglas County taxes are double what they are in El Paso County (on top of nearly double
home prices).
