Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein co-founded the Clinton Foundation

February 5, 2020

We already know that Bill Clinton had flown on the late convicted-pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane, dubbed the Lolita Express, dozens of times, as shown in flight logs.

But the connection between the Clintons and Epstein went even deeper.

On July 6, 2016, Fox News alerted us to a 2007 letter by Epstein’s lawyers Alan Dershowitz and Gerald Lefcourt to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida, in which Epstein claimed he was part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). In 2013, CGI was renamed the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation.

In the words of the 2007 letter:

Mr. Epstein was part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative, which is described as a project “bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.” Focuses of this initiative include poverty, climate change, global health, and religious and ethnic conflicts.

The 2007 letter was aimed at boosting Epstein’s image to successfully negotiate a plea deal before Epstein could be tried for using underage girls in a sex ring. Epstein spent 13 months in prison and home detention after agreeing to a plea deal in which he admitted to soliciting just one underage girl for prostitution.

Below are screenshots of page one of the 23-page letter, followed by the excerpt from the letter pertaining to the claim of co-founding the Clinton Foundation.

Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer Secretly Vacationed to Florida During Michigan’s Covid Surge While Telling Michiganders to Stay Home, Avoid Travel

Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer vacationed to Florida during Michigan’s Covid-19 surge while telling Michiganders to stay home and avoid travel.

Whitmer specifically attacked Floridians and blamed “snow birds” traveling from the Sunshine State into Michigan for her state’s Covid surge.

The Michigan GOP also said that Whitmer’s top staffers secretly traveled to Florida and Alabama for vacation.

Whitmer went on a media blitz telling Michiganders to stay home and mask up amid a “spring surge” in the state.

The Democrat Governor specifically targeted Florida in remarks made to the media in early April.

Costco Bows to Leftist Mob, Stops Selling Pillows Made by Wrongthinker Mike Lindell

After getting heavy pressure from leftist fascists, Costco has joined the lynch mob and stopped selling right-wing racist hate pillows – that is, it has stopped selling MyPillow products because the company’s CEO Mike Lindell has dared to oppose the far-left agenda. Apparently Costco believes that only leftists want pillows, or deserve to have them.

According to the New York Post, “the wholesale chain is among more than 20 companies that have cut ties with My Pillow.” The Post reported that “the decision will cost MyPillow between $4 million and $10 million in annual sales,” and that won’t hurt Lindell only: “it will also affect some 40 salespeople who would travel to Costco stores to hawk the company’s products, he said. Lindell said he has offered those staffers other jobs at My Pillow, though ‘we did have to lay some off.’”

Costco did not deign to explain to Lindell why it was dropping MyPillow: “Costco did not give a specific reason when it told Lindell that it would discontinue his merchandise after selling through the inventory it had left…The Minnesota-based bedding maker’s products have also disappeared from Costco’s website.” However, other companies cut ties with MyPillow “following his allegations that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from ex-President Donald Trump.”

The idea that there may have been widespread election fraud is the left’s latest excuse to silence its critics; even breathing a hint of the possibility of widespread fraud can get you banned from YouTube, Twitter, and the rest. We must believe that the election of Old Joe Biden’s handlers was completely on the up and up, or else be silenced as a racist, bigoted, white supremacist with a pillow.

Yet as Conrad Black recently noted, “The Trump campaign launched 28 lawsuits against individual incidences of apparent illegalities in the counting of decisive numbers of votes in swing states, including the Texas attorney general’s direct appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court supported by 18 other states on the issue of the unconstitutional failure of several of those states to comply with the requirement to ensure a fair presidential election result. None of these cases was adjudicated — judges invoked technical reasons to avoid addressing the merits.”

In light of all that, skepticism is reasonable. Of course, it also must be borne in mind that Dominion Voting Systems is suing Lindell, claiming he falsely charged them with tampering with the voting process. That suit will be settled in court, but ultimately, what does it have to do with selling pillows? Costco’s decision to drop MyPillow is based on the assumption that only those whose political views are acceptable should be allowed to operate businesses in the United States. Those who commit wrongthink of whatever kind are apparently to be condemned to poverty and indigence for their sins, at least until they repent, show a suitable change of mind and heart, and are judged to be sufficiently rehabilitated to be allowed gainful employ.

Fund-raising defendant says feds deleted his emails, let him take obstruction blame

Imaad Zuberi's lawyers make extraordinary claim in unrelated motion seeking to delay his prison start date because of COVID-19, says wrongdoing my be 'proverbial tip of iceberg.'

In an extraordinary claim of misconduct, a prominent political bundler convicted of fund-raising and lobbying offenses alleged Monday that a U.S. government agency deleted evidence from his computer and left him to take the blame for obstruction.

Lawyers for Imaad Zuberi argued the government's alleged duplicity in the deletion may only be "the proverbial tip of the iceberg" and that federal prosecutors have shown "a pattern animus" by withholding exculpatory evidence showing they were seeking a 12-year prison sentence against Zuberi while allowing a foreign fund-raiser in a similar case to escape punishment with a deferred prosecution agreement.

The dramatic allegations by Zuberi's lawyers came in an unrelated motion seeking to delay his prison report start date next month because of COVID-19 concerns.

The prosecutors' "pattern of animus against Mr. Zuberi is reinforced by two troubling nondisclosures," the motion argued. "First, the prosecution did not disclose that at the same time it was urging a 12-year sentence for Mr. Zuberi, the U.S. Attorney's office granted deferred prosecution to three defendants charged with strikingly similar conduct."

"Second, the government urged a harsh sentence based on Mr. Zuberi's deletion of emails. But the prosecutor resisted disclosure of evidence that another part of the government deleted texts and emails from Mr. Zuberi's devices, instructed Mr. Zuberi to delete texts and emails from other devices, and urged Mr. Zuberi to ensure that certain emails be eliminated from his email accounts," the motion added.

File

ZuberiMotion04-19-2021.pdf

The court filing is the first public acknowledgement that evidence the prosecution has claimed was deleted from Zuberi's smart phone and computers – an act that was used to support a stiffer prison sentence – was done by a federal agency, confirming an earlier report by Just the News.

While the court filing does not identify the agency, Just the News reported last week that one of Zuberi's lawyers, former CIA top lawyer Robert J. Eatinger Jr., filed a complaint with the spy agency's inspector general claiming the CIA sent a scrub team to delete the evidence among other alleged acts of misconduct.

Monday's court memo also indicates the evidence supporting Zuberi's CIA deletion claim may exist in a Classified Information Protection Act filing that is sealed in the case.

"The e-mail deletion issue also confirms the need for defense counsel to receive clearance and be able to assess the record before briefing Mr. Zuberi's motion for bail pending appeal," the filing said.

East Bay DA is filing human trafficking charges when adults offer money for sex to kids; Concord man pleads guilty in case where cop posed as boy

MARTINEZ — Last week, a 39-year-old man accepted a yearlong jail sentence in connection with his arrest more than two years ago, when police say he showed up to a Concord park ready to meet a 14-year-old boy he’d met on an adult dating application.

Generally speaking, the case fit the same pattern as countless similar busts involving authorities in Contra Costa: a man started chatting up an undercover cop posing online as a teen, solicited the purported child for sex, and was arrested after arriv …

Ever Given Could Be Forced to Pass Cargo to Other Ships Amid Egyptian Liability Feud - Report

The cargo ship Ever Given’s owner has invoked a principle allowing it to distribute the costs of disaster recovery among the customers it ships cargo for, which could greatly complicate transferring thousands of containers off the ship, as well as paying Cairo for damages.

As customers whose products were being shipped on the cargo vessel Ever Given when it became lodged in the Suez Canal last month, became anxious about the delivery of their orders, parent company Evergreen is considering putting the ship’s cargo onto other vessels.

Since Ever Given was dislodged from its six-day stay with its bow stuck in the Suez Canal’s eastern embankment, it has been held in the Great Bitter Lake by Cairo, which says the ship’s captain owes it for tolls lost in the mishap.

“Customers are asking when their boxes will be delivered after the ship seizure, and the prospect of moving the containers to other ships and delivering them to the clients in Europe is now on the table,” a person directly involved in the matter told the Wall Street Journal recently.

“It won’t be easy to do, but there are a number of options,” they added. “Empty ships can be deployed to pick up boxes and some can be loaded to other container ships crossing on the same route to Europe.”

There are some 18,000 containers on the Ever Given, a 224,000-ton cargo vessel that was travelling from Taiwan to the Netherlands. According to WSJ, the ship could be shifted to Port Said, at the northern end of the canal, to facilitate the offloading of cargo, but it would depend heavily on the Egyptian government’s reaction.

The government-owned Suez Canal Authority has confiscated the ship and sued its owner for $916 million in compensation, including lost business as well as the costs of dislodging the ship and for “loss of reputation.” The narrow waterway is the only passage between the Mediterannean Sea and Red Sea, with the alternative being steaming around the distant southern tip of Africa or through the icy Northern Sea Route.

Ever Given owner Shoei Kisen has also invoked a clause in shipping law called “general average” in connection with the disaster, allowing the company to distribute the associated costs across owners of cargo on the vessel. According to Maritime-Executive, Shoei Kinsen will impose bond requirements on cargo interests before releasing the containers it’s hauling.

“GA charges are typically assessed as a percentage of the value of the cargo, and in the case of massive losses - like the catastrophic fire on the Maersk Honam - shippers may be asked to pay GA and salvage bonds exceeding half the value of their cargoes,” the outlet said, noting about the Ever Given incident that no cargo has been damaged, “but the bonds may be used to recover the cost of the refloat effort.”

However, the Ever Given’s insurer, UK Protection and Indemnity Club, has indicated it intends to fight the Egyptian government’s ruling, calling the indemnity “extraordinarily huge” and the claim behind it “unsupported.”

Strong 6-magnitude quake strikes near Indonesian coast – USGS

A 6 magnitude earthquake struck not far from Nias island off the western coast of Sumatra, Indonesia, according to the US Geological Survey, which put the tremor at a depth of 6.2 miles (10 km).

The quake hit some 80 miles (129km) off the west coast of Nias island on Tuesday morning, the USGS reported. While Indonesia’s Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) noted there is currently no tsunami risk, they warned residents to brace for possible aftershocks and estimated the initial quake to have been 6.4 in magnitude.

The jolt comes just days after another 6m earthquake rocked Java, Indonesia’s main island, killing at least eight people and damaging more than 1,300 buildings. That quake struck much deeper, however, at some 51 miles (82km).

The Indonesian archipelago is a frequent site for earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions, situated along the ‘Ring of Fire,’ a chain of volcanoes and fault lines across the Pacific Basin. A 6.2m quake in January killed some 105 people, left nearly 6,500 injured and displaced tens of thousands on Sulawesi island.

In 2005 Nias was rocked by one of the largest earthquakes in the history of Indonesia and the 21st century, measuring 8.6 magnitude. The tremor killed some 915 people.

Facebook plots to conceal inflammatory George Floyd-related content as Chauvin murder trial verdict looms

Social media giant Facebook says it plans to crack down on the conversation regarding the imminent verdict at former police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial. Information surrounding the verdict will be tightly controlled, they said.

Chauvin, a white former Minneapolis police officer is currently on trial for second- and third-degree murder as well as second-degree manslaughter for allegedly contributing to the death of George Floyd, a black ex-con and security guard who’d been caught passing a fake $20 bill at a nearby convenience store.

Content relating to Floyd and his death will be strictly controlled, Facebook implied in a blog post on Monday, warning the site will “remove Pages, groups, Events, and Instagram accounts that violate our violence and incitement policy and we will remove events organized in temporary, high-risk locations that contain calls to bring arms.”

Facebook seemed to quietly open the door for abuse directed at Chauvin, noting that “we consider [him] a public figure for voluntarily placing himself in the public eye, which means we will remove attacks that are severe” - unlike involuntary public figures like Floyd, for whom “a higher standard of protection” is warranted.

The megacorporation declared that its highest priority was not ensuring that accurate information reach the largest number of people, but “preventing online content from being linked to offline harm,” no matter who was doing the linking and how much integrity their claims could be said to possess. The site essentially roped off the entirety of Minneapolis as a “high-risk location,” while declaring it would “protect the memory of George Floyd and members of the Floyd family from harassment and abuse.”

Then-Officer Chauvin was filmed with his knee digging into Floyd’s neck for over nine minutes, a hold that was initially believed to be the cause of the ex-con’s death. However, the coroner and other experts later emerged to point out the dead man had methamphetamine and a large amount of fentanyl in his system at the time of his death, though Floyd’s girlfriend had argued his fentanyl tolerance was such that the amount of the synthetic opioid he had ingested would not necessarily have killed him. While Floyd appeared to be in respiratory distress as Chauvin and his three partners attempted to wrangle him into a squad car last May, he began complaining he could not breathe several minutes before Chauvin put him in the neck hold on the pavement, as one of the other officers' body cameras revealed.

Former Vice President Walter Mondale dead at 93

Walter Mondale, who served as vice president under Jimmy Carter and was the Democratic nominee for president in 1984, died Monday in Minneapolis, a family spokesperson said. He was 93.

Nearing his death on Sunday, the elder statesman from Minnesota spoke by phone with President Biden and former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, as well as Vice President Harris and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Axios reported.

In a goodbye email obtained by the website, Mondale told 320 staffers who worked for him over his four decade-long political career how much they meant to him and said he knew they would “keep up the good fight.”

He was the oldest-living vice president after the death of George H. W. Bush in 2018.

Known as Fritz to family, friends and voters alike, Mondale was a Minnesota attorney general and senator before serving under Carter ticket from 1977 to 1981.

In a statement Monday, the former commander-in-chief mourned his “dear friend” and thanked him for an “exemplary life,” writing that he considered Mondale “the best vice president in our country’s history.”

“During our administration Fritz used his political skill and personal integrity to transform the presidency into a dynamic, policy-driven force that had never been seen before and still exists today,” Carter said.

“He was an invaluable partner and an able servant to the people of Minnesota.”

Mondale’s own bid for the White House in 1984 ended in an historic landslide loss to popular Ronald Reagan.

French, Chinese Oil Companies Sign Agreements in Rat Race to Build East African Crude Oil Pipeline

Back in 2006, the East African country of Uganda made one of the biggest oil discoveries after crude oil reserves were unveiled in the Albertine Rift basin. The finding resulted in a race to secure projects related to these resources that have the ability to turn East Africa into a major international oil player.

Uganda, Tanzania, French-owned oil company Total, and the China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) have all signed three agreements which will invest $3.5 billion into a 1,445-kilometer pipeline. It will run from western Uganda’s oil fields to the Tanzanian port of Tanga.

The East African Crude Oil pipeline (EACOP), which is expected to commence in 2025, will cost around $10 billion and is expected to produce nearly 220,000 barrels of crude oil per day at an estimated $13.30 per barrel. EACOP is cited to be the world’s largest heated oil pipeline and production, which is scheduled to begin this year, is purported to result in the establishment of 10,000 jobs.

“The Tilenga development and EACOP pipeline project are major projects for Total and are consistent with our strategy to focus on low breakeven oil projects while lowering the average carbon intensity of the Group’s upstream portfolio. These projects will create significant in-country value for both Uganda and Tanzania,” Patrick Pouyanné, chairman and chief executive officer of Total, said in a statement.

The pipeline was originally planned to run through Kenya as it would provide a cheaper route. The presidents of Uganda and Kenya designed a route in 2015 that would end at the port of Lamu on the Indian Ocean, with officials even going as far as signing a preliminary agreement.

However, in 2020, Tullow, an Irish oil and gas company that was the majority stakeholder in the pipeline, sold their Uganda share to Total. In what was considered a security concern, Total worried about the Lamu route being too close to the border of Somalia and perceived exposure to attacks from Al-Shabaab, an Islamist militant group based in East Africa and Yemen.
