I'm going to agree with you.
I'm in Germany. Spouseanon follows this all the time because of work.
As of yesterday, in my state, worst in the country for vaccine roll-out (1% vaccinated), ICU's are about filled. 35-49 YO demographic has highest number of patients.
Same ICU condition in all of Germany, just mentioned our state situation because of the vaccination/high ICU occupation ratio. Does not appear to be correlated.
They have maps here showing ICU beds available state-by-state. We're rural, less affected.
My state now going to strict rules wrt to kids going to school. Both parents have to show evidence they work in excepted occupations in order for kids to go to Kindergarten, and school, too, I think.
