As pointed out when that came out, about a decade ago; that isn't specific to base10 system, so no muh 3, 6 and 9 there.
Same guy also had this toroidal coil, which he claimed created unipolar magnets, an inane concept that (unsurprisingly) also appeared in some 'official' astrophisics' (crackpot) theories (imagine a closed circuit, which is what magnetic field is, that has a supply, but no load, or vice-versa).
My theory then, for the apparently odd behaviour of those magnets, was that, unlike common magnetisation, where poles align along length/sides of magnets, with that particular coil geometry, it was creating radially aligned magnets, so poles were at the perimeter and core of the rods, but I hadn't a yt account back then (still don't), so couldn't put that up for debate.
