Bidan is slated to give an address "similar to the State of the Union" on April 28, 2021.
Look back at history and you'll find, from 1790-2021, the vast majority of SOTUs happen in January and Feburary.
Where is Bidan's SOTU? Why is his upcoming address only "similar to the SOTU"? Also not that it will occur on the 99th day of his presidency…
