Rotary used to be big (and very public, as in, in the news often) here in Portugal; not anymore, and not since long, though. There's also at least one of those signs at a roundpoint, near me.
They used to be in the news wirh their "beneficence" during dictatorship, when masonry was illegalized, once they grabbed power, guess they no longer need it, so I guess they use all these organizations as a fallback orgs for when things get though.
