Look back at history and you'll find, from 1790-2021, the vast majority of SOTUs happen in January and Feburary.
Where is Bidan's SOTU? Why is his upcoming address only "similar to the SOTU"? Note that this address will occur on the 99th day of Bidan's presidency…
