Yes, yes we will. My stepmother from the south of France (Cap d'Ail) was famous for her paella. She insisted it was poor fisherman's food made from scraps from the days catch as the good fish had to be sold. If they had rice to stretch it, all the better but sometimes was just in a thickened sauce. Wonderful warming dish. Haven't had any since she died 20 years ago.
