>>13471416 Thank you, baker!

I have a frankspeech.com bug report; there are many bugs!!!

You do not get a second chance to make a first impression!!!

Scrolling a page (Ubuntu 20.04 desktop, using Google Chrome, and scrolling with the mouse wheel): the page scrolls for a bit, then the right side block scrolls until it reaches the end, then the page scrolls again. This is REALLY BAD USER INTERFACE DESIGN.

I never asked to sign up previously, so there aren't any cookies left on my machine; however, when I first went there today (yesterday it was only showing the video; today it's got the full UI), it's telling me both a green success message, about my registration and logging in; and a red error message, that the one-time login link I clicked was invalid.

Files are not found.

Blocks are not found.

Company that made this doesn't have a web presence. Is one month old in fact! https://www.bizapedia.com/tn/johnston-howse-llc.html - AND, last pic related is from that link and has a bug report ABOUT FRANKSPEECH.COM for them, because they can't be reached!

This isn't a good look. I love Mike and want him to succeed. This company he has hired doesn't look like they're using proper methods, whatever those methods are called these days. Test-Driven Development is one old name for them, which means "write the tests first, so that the tests are failing; then, as developers write the code, the tests will start passing; do not ship to customers until all tests pass".

There are other ways to configure a development house. Management is essential; and, it can be "over-managed" like the Scrum/Agile busy-work aspects.

Anyway, showing users the "file not found" and "block not found" errors, in the images I captured? This should not ever happen. Mike's spent money and will now spend a bunch more. Hopefully he can change vendors?

>For (you), if you're real, you'll realize that first releases of anything have issues.

I am absolutely real. Had an awesome automation career and concussions took me out. Can't do the work any more due to the symptoms, but I can talk about it.

And no, the first of anything does not always have "issues like missing parts." (Although I agree that it's usually version 3 that "fixes everything" which is why Microsoft in a sick joke first published Windows NT as "version 3.1" โ€“ a bugfix version (the ".1") to version 3!)

>Anyone that supports Mike will try again.

I support Mike, and I will be going back; you're right.

The difficulty is - those we send there, who aren't die-hard supporters.

Because of my concussions, "you get a second chance to make a first impression" but that's humor, and it's not the case for most - for most, the first impression is all you get.

If I were tasked with producing this I would not let it out the gate with "file not found" errors in it, like I showed in >>13471496 - but of course, they were also up against a time deadline.

Still, I would have written tests including "does this still show file not found" and ensure the tests passed before I shipped.

I don't have a working phone right now so I can't test the signup process. Which, according to the bug report that someone left on the page I mentioned in the above because the web design company HAS NO WEB PRESENCE, is fraught with errors including that it won't allow someone to sign up from a ".US" email address.

I know, from my experience, that a .US domain name cannot use a "privacy screen" service, so you must show your home address. A .US web address is therefore FAR MORE SECURE from a "must be a person" standpoint than a gmail or yahoo or other address.

And they're denying people from coming in, with a .US email address. That is literally retarded โ€“ it is slowing people down.

I want Mike to succeed, which is why I'm leaving these bug reports here where I know he and/or his team, will see them.

Mike does not need to throw good money after bad. And no, I'm not looking for his business; I'm not looking for any business, I can't do the work any longer.

But I can talk about it.

God bless.

Anon wants to create a competing "stock market service."

This service will have no issues with "trading using knowledge."

Anon is serious. Anon can fund it. Create "something new" so the existing laws don't apply.

Existing laws likely unconstitutional, so they also DON'T apply; but, baby steps, like What About Bob? :)
