Besides the obvious, that nobody in the courtroom wanted a Not Guilty verdict, the Rule of Law took a huge hit today.

By convicting on the Felony Murder count, they have now essentially consolidated every single manslaughter/murder under one umbrella.

Felony Murder was supposed to be a separate felony that you were engaged in that had a reasonable chance of someone dying, like say pushing someone off of a bridge, and that person hits someone driving and kills them too. That's felony murder. A felony, that also causes a death.

Well, what sort of murder/manslaughter charge did not start with Felony Assault? So, they bring in the underlying Felony, which they don't even have to prove, and since someone died as a result, you're guilty of Felony Murder.

No matter what.

And Felony Murder carries much harsher penalties.

And now, thanks to Minnesota, much easier to convict on.

The chances of that taser properly working was maybe 1 in 10 to begin with.

Never trust your life to a taser.

Especially without lethal cover.

Really stupid. Good instincts for who the bad guys are, terrible tactics.

Ah, I see. My claim that bioweapons are inherently unstable went unnoticed, and is now challenged.

With what, I want to wonder.

UBLM would shut down BLM in shame.

Other ethnicities are not burning down cities.
