For a minute I was thinking Floyd was a snitch or undercover.
He supposedly worked with the cop.
They needed a way to catch the local drug dealer red handed.
Give GF a fake bill,
tell him to call the drug dealer and somehow get in the same vehicle with him to do a drug deal,
during the dealing/car ride tell the dealer that you need to stop at the market to buy something,
use the fake bill in the market,
cops show up because the market called the cops about a counterfeit,
the drug dealer is identified/caught during the search,
GF doesn't get his cover exposed or doesn't look like a snitch to anyone who may have suspected him.
Wonder what will happen to the drug dealer now though since he plead the 5th?
