I've been considering POTUS' declass for a while.
We know Barr blocked the declass from going to the public, but what if the declass allowed certain Patriots with access. Classification isn't just to keep from the public but to silo it from other agencies as well.
Obummer did almost the same at the end of his term - declassed and spread classified info (it was BS but he still did it).
So maybe some good guys gained access. As my favorite President says
"we'll see what happens"
