Agreed. Same trial they showed that "tolerance" is a thing, and that there've been DUI arrested (alive) with Fentany levels much higher that GF's 11 or 15 mg/ml and they were still driving and surviving….
So …. this being 420, I do know that people are different when it comes to any drug.
