I took it back in Jan, my weight 220lbs…day1, day2, day 5, 7 weeks, 6 months…not only did it clear up my sinuses, it cleared up some mild surfaces cancers on my back…but as a warning…that was me…you might do more research until you are convinced…my wife and I have(now) 14 horses and 3 goats and we go thru it pretty regularly…from what I read, if you take too much…worse case is a rash(me, oops)…I took it (before i was corrected) 7 days straight my weight(everything is based on weight)…have fun.
