I feel like the truly awakened ones are still a very small minority. People on this board are generally awakened but most people you meet around you just don't seem to care. Even people at high levels who have the inside knowledge appear to be trapped in the old game with old thinking. When will the WAVE of awakening finally arrive?

Depends. Don't have the evidence to back up the relationship between the two except that a lot of missing trillions were likely spent on secret tech projects that we don't hear about. Does that advance technology?
