Do you need more women investigators because rape is too uncomfortable a subject for men? And what about the UCR? I noticed the folks at the UCR tend to drop the ball on such cases. Why is that? Cases are back logged over two decades. We know when the problem started. I remember hearing warnings on the nightly news for serial rapists on the loose, but MSM never ever covers these things anymore. So, communities are not even warned about these guys, like they used to be.
