I haven't mapped all of them out yet. I just focus on the [15] delta each day. Counting the [markers] now for "RED OCTOBER", the missing Indonesian sub. The is one (drop 2333) on the :01 line opposite from today on the :31 line. Just gotta count all on the [15]. :31, :46, :01, and :16 lines.

Also I watch many .mil and .gov twatters and very very often the minute mark timestamps line-up.

I found that you need to count [a]s as [1]s also. [b]s as [2]s etc etc
Yeah I know. A=1, B=2, C=3 and so on.
