They have no jurisdiction over me. I'm not a US citizen or a Resident of any kind. Federal Agents don't have permission to be on my land unless it is expressly given beforehand
That's where the difference is though. I claim no possessions. I only have property. Land Patents are nice too, but those take 7 years to perfect
That's the point. We don't have courts capable of administering The Law of the Land. They enforce commercial code/Admiralty law. Now think about what would happen when they declare DC as one of the several states. No more special maritime jurisdiction. They are working to de-legitimize themselves. Nothing is as it seems
