Finger lakes was my first thought when I saw the post with the image of little mantrap lakes. Did some digging but didnt find much other than was already posted. I will dig a bit deeper. I did discover there is also a Mantrap lake further north of Little Mantrap Lake - not if related in any way but Mantrap definitely give a eerie vibe.
