Up is down left is right. The unvaccinated are not the danger, it's the vaccinated. They implant viruses into humans as they act as the incubator for their cells to be taken over Agent Smith style from the Matrix. Do you see how unhealthy in general people are these days? No way do they have the immune systems to fight viruses, they just become a massive aircraft carrier of disease.
The technology is out there - processors nowadays are made in the single digit nanometer sizes for semiconductors. Wouldn't surprise me the tech that would exist at the cellular level.
