Opinion:

Kneeling during the National Anthem is the same thing as flaunting a confederate flag.

Those that do it, say…

Kneeling - in support of black lives, unequal justice

Confederate flag - in support of heritage, states rights

Both at the expense of something… whether true or not, it is viewed as:

Kneeling - anti-american, anti-white, racist

Confederate flag - racist, anti-black, anti-american

So….

If you do one, more than likely you dislike the other. But now you can put it in empathetic perspective.

I personally prefer to not see either.
