if dc was recognized as a state, how would the house of representatives be adjusted?
would this force through the results of the census?
would this result in turning over the house faster?
the results of the census will put more house seats in republican hands.
the question is: will statehood for DC speed that process?
editorials about DC, and its politics, just sound like a slide at this point, don't they?
