Cambodia is a cesspool of human trafficking, drug running, money laundering, you name it.

It's quite curious that one of the USA's largest and most modern embassies in located in Phnom Penh. Why such a big embassy for a small, backwater country? Obviously they have big plans for Cambodia in the future.

Does it relate to the rumors of nearby Vientiane in Laos becoming the next HQ of the United Nations after NYC is taken out in some catastrophic ELE or false flag? Maybe.

This goes back to the Dan Burisch testimony.

The alt knowledge field is littered with "witnesses", "whistleblowers", "experts" who burst on to the scene with an interesting story, then get caught telling obvious lies, and are thoroughly discredited (sometimes after committing a crime and going to prison).

Burisch, Stan Romanek, Richard Boylan, Michael Salla, John Lear, Steven Greer… all those people and many more had legitimate and important things to say when they first came public with information on ETI and advanced technologies.

Precisely because they were spilling information that rocked the cabal's boat, those people were targeted, discredited, misled, taken down various fruitless rabbit holes, and in some cases tricked/tempted into committing crimes for which they lost their jobs or their freedom.

Burisch (the source of the tech you mention) is the same… this is just to say that when looking at any of these people's material, it's often most useful to look at their initial writings/testimony but discard all the stuff they said later in their "career" as that's the stuff they came up with (or were forced to say) after they'd been 'messed with'.

Q,

How about POTUS sets the Iranians up with Andrea Rossi's Energy Catalyzer (E-Cat) LENR reactors for pollutionless, affordable power production so that they have no need or reason to develop nuclear power using fission reactions (uranium/plutonium)?

This would show the world that fission is an outdated, unnecessary tech and it would help make the case for decommissioning fission-based reactors throughout the region, including Israel.

Best of all, it's American tech and shows our country in a very good light!
