I'd just like to point out, for the sake of clarity, that this phrase refers to Arms and Military Supplies MANUFACTURERS. You know, the ones that charge hundreds of dollars for hammers and the like. These corporations are the problem. Not the military themselves.

And let's not forget their 'joined at the hip' co-conspirators, the politicians who approve these inflated 'extortion-based' budgets and then turn a blind eye when it comes to oversight.
